Finishing Inspector - 1st Shift

Job Details Location: Renfro - Cleveland, TN 37323 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: Not Specified Travel Percentage: None Shift: 1st Shift Job Category: Manufacturing SUMMARY Approves products by confirming specifications and conducts visual and measurement tests. Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitors the activities of plant production and provides in-process audits of Renfro plants. Assures acceptable quality for all socks produced. Performs Smartwool packaging audits. Performs audits in shipping area. Evaluates setup for all machine changes. Adheres to company policies, including attendance and punctuality. Communicates with co‑workers, management, and others in a courteous and professional manner. Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions including, but not limited to, confidentiality requirements. Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job description. PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Excellent attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to reflect a positive attitude and disciplined work ethic. Ability to work in a team or independently. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Basic education in reading, writing, and mathematics. KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITY Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to recognize defects. Ability to work well with others and possess good oral and written communication skills.
