The Core Engineering-New York-Vice President-AI Product Manager - Enterprise Platforms & Workflow Transformation

Role SummaryThe Core Engineering is seeking an experienced AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and adoption of AI-powered capabilities across enterprise platforms and business workflows. Reporting to the Head of Product for Core Engineering, this role will be responsible for identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, and intelligent workflow technologies across Human Resources, Finance, Expense Management, Procurement, and other enterprise functions.This individual will serve as a subject matter expert in leveraging AI to transform how work gets done across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep business process expertise with strong product management capabilities and practical knowledge of modern AI technologies. They must be able to connect the dots across business domains, identify common patterns and opportunities, and drive horizontal solutions that can be scaled across multiple functions rather than creating isolated point solutions.Key Responsibilities• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for AI-powered enterprise workflow solutions.• Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage generative AI, AI agents, machine learning, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration technologies to improve operational effectiveness.• Partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Expense Management, Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to understand business challenges and identify high-impact use cases.• Develop a deep understanding of enterprise workflows and operating models to uncover opportunities for standardization, simplification, automation, and AI enablement.• Drive the creation of scalable, cross-functional solutions that can be leveraged across multiple business areas rather than point solutions designed for individual teams.• Translate business requirements into clear product capabilities, technical requirements, and measurable outcomes.• Lead all phases of the product lifecycle, including discovery, business case development, solution design, prioritization, delivery, adoption, and post-launch optimization.• Establish success metrics, monitor adoption and business impact, and continuously refine products based on user feedback and performance data.• Partner with Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, and Platform teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, bringing innovative ideas and practical applications into the organization.• Develop executive communications, investment proposals, roadmap presentations, and product updates for senior stakeholders.Required Qualifications• 10+ years of experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise technology, or related leadership roles.• Demonstrated experience delivering AI, automation, workflow, or enterprise platform solutions at scale.• Strong domain expertise in one or more of the following areas: - Human Resources - Finance - Expense Management• Proven experience redesigning business processes and operating models through technology, automation, and AI.• Ability to identify common business challenges across functions and create scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.• Experience gathering requirements from senior business stakeholders and translating them into actionable product roadmaps.• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.• Experience working in agile product development environments and leading cross-functional teams.• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive execution across complex organizations.Preferred Qualifications• Experience with Oracle and/or SAP platforms, including workflow automation, process optimization, enterprise integrations, and platform modernization initiatives.• Strong understanding of enterprise systems supporting HR, Finance, Procurement, Expense Management, or related business functions.• Knowledge of enterprise data architecture, governance, security, compliance, and regulatory considerations.• Familiarity with large language models, generative AI platforms, AI agents, RAG architectures, workflow orchestration frameworks, and intelligent automation technologies.• Experience developing business cases, operating models, and ROI frameworks for AI investments.• Experience leading enterprise platform strategies that span multiple business functions and stakeholder groups.• MBA or equivalent business and technology leadership experience.Success ProfileThe successful candidate will be recognized as a trusted advisor and thought leader in applying AI to enterprise workflows.
