Job Description We are seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to become a part of our team at Austin Epilepsy Care Center. You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Responsibilities Handle administrative duties in a timely manner Perform routine clinical tasks to support physicians Communicate with insurance companies for prescription prior authorizations Room patients for physicians Qualifications Previous experience in busy private practice settings Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with medical terminology/prescriptions Strong organizational skills/time management Passion for patient care #J-18808-Ljbffr
