Position Details

We are seeking a full-time, licensed Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate is collaborative, energetic, and goal oriented, with a passion for delivering excellent patient care and contributing to a motivated, team-driven practice.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM - 1:30 PM
• No weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene services
• Educate patients on oral health, home care, and preventive treatment options
• Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to support practice goals
• Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
• Manage appointment times efficiently while maintaining quality care
• Contribute energy and positivity to a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Follow all infection control, safety, and clinical protocols
• Support a team culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
• Energetic and motivated approach to patient care
• Goal-oriented mindset with attention to quality and efficiency
• Professional, dependable, and accountable work ethic
• Commitment to patient-centered, ethical dental care

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
• Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
