Event Sales Associate

Allison’s Fun Inc. is a corporate special events & rental company located in Norman, OK. Featuring over 250+ pieces of inventory including inflatables, games, rides, tents, tables, chairs and interactive entertainment items. We have planned and produced numerous events ranging in size of 25 – 12,000 guests. We are seeking a sales professional that is looking for an exciting opportunity with a special events rental company! Below is our brief description and expectation for the Event Sales Associate position. BASIC PURPOSE Identify, introduce, develop and nurture business relationships with companies and individuals. The Event Sales Associate's goal is to consult with clients to help them create memorable events. This is an excellent opportunity for motivated self-starters who want to enhance their skills with a company whose reputation speaks for itself. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop new client relationships through all sales channels including cold calls, networking, association affiliations, site visits, etc. Create event proposals and contracts for new and existing clients that are targeted towards specific event and client goals. Respond to all requests in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with internal event operations team to ensure that events are executed successfully and no details are overlooked. Follow up on all event proposals and maintain relationships with past clients. Assist in efforts to achieve or exceed financial growth as related to the event sales department. Use CRM to track sales activities and other marketing tools to help achieve sales goals. If you are able to meet these qualifications, please send us your resume along with salary history.
