We are currently seeking  compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to join our team immediately! The ideal candidate will provide quality, respectful, and person-centered care while assisting clients with their daily needs and helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities

Caregiver responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding, when needed
• Providing light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Assisting with mobility and transfers, as appropriate
• Providing companionship and engaging clients in appropriate activities
• Assisting with medication reminders, as permitted by the client's care plan and applicable regulations
• Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or community activities when required
• Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition or behavior
• Following the client's individualized care plan and agency policies
• Maintaining client confidentiality and treating every client with dignity and respect
• Completing required documentation accurately and timely
• Communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and family members

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, personal care, or direct-care experience preferred
• Must be dependable, responsible, and punctual
• Must demonstrate compassion, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the care team
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with the position
• Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assigned client
• Must be willing to complete required employment screenings and training

TB Requirement – Immediate Hiring

A current TB test is required. Candidates who do not currently have a valid TB test may still apply but  must be willing to obtain a TB test as soon as possible and prior to beginning client care , as required by agency policy and applicable regulations.
