MAINTENANCE HOURLY (MECHANICS, TECHNICIANS & PROJECTS)

Description Must pass a Maintenance Aptitude Test with a 70% or above to be considered. Maintenance This position ensures all aspects of the maintenance mechanic functions are performed in a safe and acceptable manner. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance procedures on all equipment assigned by the maintenance supervisors/lead hand. Assist other areas of the plant when major problems occur. Complete all assigned tasks scheduled and unscheduled work as directed by supervisor. Assist in the day‑to‑day operations of the maintenance department, monitoring and documenting all maintained areas as required by safety, food safety, company policy, and procedures. Functional Requirements Must be able to work weekends, or as needed. Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills. Must be willing to work in both hot and cold environments. Must have some related maintenance experience. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100lbs on occasion. Departments Include Fabrication, Slaughter, Material Handling, Rendering, E&E, B&E based off company needs.
