We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic, wellness-minded person who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can make patients feel welcomed and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.

This is a unique position that combines in-office patient coordination with community outreach and marketing. You’ll be an important part of the patient experience inside the office while also helping us build relationships throughout the Knoxville community.

IN-OFFICE PATIENT COORDINATOR DUTIES

• Greet patients and create a warm, welcoming experience
• Answer phones, texts, and patient questions
• Schedule appointments and manage the patient schedule
• Check patients in and out
• Collect payments and assist with basic front-desk responsibilities
• Help patients understand their next steps and keep them on track with their care
• Follow up with new and existing patients
• Assist with paperwork, organization, and day-to-day office flow
• Help coordinate in-office workshops and patient events
• Work closely with the doctors and team to keep the office running smoothly
• Build genuine relationships with our patients and help create the positive culture we want in our office

COMMUNITY OUTREACH & MARKETING

• Connect with local businesses and organizations
• Build community partnerships
• Schedule and coordinate Lunch & Learns
• Attend networking opportunities, health fairs, and community events
• Introduce businesses and individuals to The Wellness Way and what makes our approach different
• Follow up with community contacts and potential new patients
• Help promote workshops and special events

Healthcare experience is helpful, but not required . We're more interested in finding someone with the right personality, work ethic, communication skills, and passion for what we do.
