Seeking Forklift Operators located in West Chester, PA area for a FULL TIME job opportunity working in a manufacturing environment. The forklfit operator is responsible for scanning, and forklift equipment to produce high-quality finished goods in a manufacturing environment. This role follows detailed batch sheets and work instructions, accurately weighs and records raw materials, and ensures products meet required specifications, including pH measurements. The Production Associate works within a small, collaborative team to support a growing operation and maintain accurate inventory and production records.

Responsibilities

• Operate blending equipment of various types and sizes to produce finished goods according to established recipes and processes.

• Ensure accuracy when weighing raw materials for use in production batches.

• Use batch sheets to follow recipes and manufacturing protocols for various processes.

• Record data such as lot numbers, measurements, and other production details in batch sheets, checklists, and logs.

• Measure and adjust pH levels as required to meet product specifications.

• Follow the assigned production schedule and prepare materials and work areas in advance of production runs.

• Execute manufacturing protocols in accordance with written work instructions and standard operating procedures.

• Use Warehouse Management System scanners to complete work orders and maintain accurate inventory and production records.

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials and finished goods as needed.

• Support a clean, organized, and safe production environment by following good manufacturing practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.

• Collaborate with team members, scientists, specialists, and technicians to meet production goals and resolve issues.

• Work overtime when needed to meet production demands

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
