CNC Machine Operator

Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: CNC Milling Machine Operator - 2nd/3rd Shift ???? $2,600 Sign-On Bonus/ $3/hour shift premium We're looking for a skilled CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shift. Pay is based on experience, and a skills test may be administered during the interview process . --- Key Responsibilities * Set Up & Operate CNC Milling Machines based on blueprints and job travelers. * Interpret Technical Drawings to determine part specs, tooling needs, and sequence of operations. * Adjust Tooling & Machine Settings for accurate, efficient production. * Inspect Parts using calipers, micrometers, bore/thread gauges, and other precision tools. * Identify & Separate Nonconforming Parts per company standards. * Perform Secondary Operations like deburring and cleaning. * Maintain Equipment by keeping machines clean, organized, and properly lubricated. --- Required Skills & Qualifications (A skills test may be administered to evaluate proficiency) * CNC Milling Experience - required. * Blueprint Reading - ability to interpret detailed technical drawings. * Measurement Tools - skilled in using inspection equipment. * Troubleshooting - capable of making minor machine/tool adjustments. * Math Skills - basic math for measurements and part verification. * Mechanical Aptitude - comfortable working with machining tools and equipment. --- Physical Requirements * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds . * Able to stand for extended periods during the shift. --- Equal Opportunity Employer - Veterans & Individuals with Disabilities Encouraged to Apply
