What You’ll Do
As our Automotive Parts Specialist, you will play a critical role in keeping our service department and customers moving.
•\tManage the parts sales process from inquiry to fulfillment
•\tAssist retail, wholesale, and service customers with parts identification and pricing
•\tAnswer phone calls and provide accurate price quotes and product information
•\tReview and verify body shop estimates for accuracy and proper parts ordering
•\tPull and fill parts orders efficiently and accurately
•\tMaintain inventory accuracy with routine bin checks and stock organization
•\tBuild strong relationships with technicians, advisors, and customers
•\tHelp drive departmental profitability through upselling and cross-selling when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
•\tHigh School Diploma or equivalent
•\tPrior automotive parts experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
•\tStrong communication and customer service skills
•\tAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•\tDetail-oriented with solid organizational skills
•\tComfortable with basic math calculations (discounts, percentages, etc.)
•\tAbility to read and interpret safety and service documentation
•\tValid driver’s license with clean driving record
