Lo ideal se asegurará de que nuestro club funcione sin problemas y de manera eficiente con responsabilidades que van desde servicios y coordinación de eventos para tareas contables. Responsabilidades clave: Servicios para miembros: Brindar un servicio excepcional a los miembros e invitados, abordando consultas y resolviendo problemas. Administrar los registros de membresía y ayudar con la incorporación de nuevos miembros. Apoyar a la recepción y otras áreas de servicio durante las horas pico. Coordinación de eventos: Ayudar en la planificación y organización de eventos del club, torneos y funciones especiales. Coordinar la logística del evento, incluida la programación, los arreglos con los proveedores y las comunicaciones a los miembros. Mantener los presupuestos de los eventos y realizar un seguimiento de los gastos para garantizar operaciones rentables. Apoyo Administrativo: Asistir al Gerente General con las tareas diarias y las comunicaciones. Programar y coordinar reuniones, preparar agendas y tomar actas. Responder a los correos electrónicos y administrar la correspondencia para mantener las operaciones eficientes de la oficina. Gestión de instalaciones: Supervisar el mantenimiento y la limpieza de la casa club y las áreas circundantes. Realizar inspecciones periódicas para asegurarse de que todas las instalaciones estén en óptimas condiciones. Colaborar con el equipo de mantenimiento para abordar cualquier problema con prontitud. Eficiencia operativa: Implementar y mantener las normas y procedimientos del club. Monitorear e informar sobre métricas operativas clave.
