Compensation: $250,000 $270,000 + Performance Incentives

Physician Services Group (PSG) is seeking a Physician (MD/DO) to join our growing clinical team in Aiken, South Carolina.

Our physicians focus on primary care, geriatric medicine, chronic disease management, and preventative care for patients within skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and post-acute care settings.

With a manageable daily patient census and a strong clinical and administrative support structure, you'll have the opportunity to focus on delivering quality care and building meaningful relationships with your patients.

• Provide comprehensive medical care within skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and post-acute care settings in the Aiken market

• Evaluate new admissions, follow-up visits, and chronic care patients

• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans

• Manage chronic conditions and promote preventative care

• Help improve patient outcomes and reduce avoidable hospitalizations

• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, nursing staff, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams

• Lead and support advanced practice providers within assigned facilities

• Complete accurate and timely documentation utilizing EMR systems

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, Hospital Medicine, or related Primary Care specialty preferred

• Active South Carolina Medical License or ability to obtain

• Active DEA License or ability to obtain

• Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and leadership skills

• Experience in Primary Care, Geriatrics, Post-Acute Care, Skilled Nursing, Hospital Medicine, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine preferred
