National Certs REQ: ARRT and FL state license REQUIRED; AHA ACLS and BLS. RCIS also preferred in addition to the required certs.

Floating Req to Sister Facilities: Yes - May need to float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)

Orientation: EKG and Pharm test required during orientation. 2 attempts max for each. No remediation for a re-test. Travelers will be cancelled if they fail.
