Locums Hematology Oncology Physician in Prestonsburg, Kentucky - No Call, Flexible Schedule Work a three-day outpatient schedule with no call and approximately 15 patients per day, with options to alternate coverage with another physician. Highlights No call responsibilities Approximately 15 patients per day Option to split coverage between multiple providers Active IMLC Letter of Qualification accepted Practice & Cases Outpatient adult hematology and oncology Approximately 60 percent hematology and 40 percent solid tumor cases Patient mix is approximately 20 percent new visits and 80 percent follow-ups Daily APP coverage and oncology-trained RNs for infusion services Schedule Three days per week preferred Daytime clinic coverage Alternating one- or two-week blocks can be considered Requirements Must be an MD or DO Board Certified in Hematology and Medical Oncology Kentucky license or active IMLC Letter of Qualification BLS and DEA required Logistics Airfare and lodging are covered Rental car and mileage are covered Connect with us to discuss how the three-day week or alternating coverage blocks could fit your availability.
