What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll take ownership of the entire sales process while developing meaningful relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

• Meet with prospective clients through scheduled in-home appointments

• Build trust and establish strong relationships through consultative conversations

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

• Create a positive customer experience from the first interaction through policy enrollment

Full-Cycle Sales Management

• Conduct thorough needs assessments and coverage reviews

• Present insurance products and explain coverage options clearly and confidently

• Address questions, concerns, and objections professionally

• Guide clients through the decision-making process and close new business

• Maintain an organized pipeline and follow-up process

Customer Service & Retention

• Develop long-term relationships with clients
