Responsable de Recibir en Forma Eficiente, Efectiva y Segura las Mercancas a Nuestro Inventario Va Sistema
Responsable de recibir en forma eficiente, efectiva y segura las mercancas a nuestro inventario va sistema, as como el levantamiento de mercancas para la creacin de rdenes para su despacho efectivo, completo y seguro de las mercancas enviadas a despacho o distribucin.
Funciones del Puesto
Identificar correctamente las ordenes de entrega y de despacho, guas y dems documentos.
Descargar materiales y mercancas eficientemente de vehculos entrantes y colocarlos en lugares asignados en bodega siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad para mercancas frgiles y/o mercancas daadas.
Revisar que los bultos recibidos concuerden con los bultos manifestados en documentacin de embarque y hacer las anotaciones de discrepancias correctamente en toda la documentacin que marca el proceso especfico.
Tomar las evidencias fotografiadas de la mercanca.
Recibir del Supervisor de rea las rdenes para proceder con su armado.
Armado eficiente, efectivo y seguro de cartones, siguiendo el orden secuencial por pesos de la orden impresa por el Supervisor.
Cargar y con cuidado en la distribucin de pesos en las ordenes de carga.
Colaborar en el aseguramiento los movimientos internos de mercanca para procesos de etiquetado.
Colaborar a mantener un entorno seguro y ordenado en las instalaciones.
Tener un comportamiento proactivo y actuar solucionando contratiempos dentro de la operacin diaria.
Asegurar de forma responsable las herramientas asignadas para su puesto, como montacargas, carretillas, basculas y dems herramental para aseguramiento de las cargas.
Colaborar en el mantenimiento y limpieza de todas las reas de trabajo.
Asegurar vehculos de trabajo estn funcionales da con da.
Trabajar bajo presin, en un ambiente considerable de calor y/o frio, en general su jornada laboral semanal ser de 40 horas, en ocasiones tiempo extra y ocasionalmente en fines de semana y das festivos segn la operacin lo requiera.
Reporte directo a Supervisor de TXAT.
