About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Commercial Legal Affairs with a focus on AI-powered SaaS business models. The successful candidate will lead a global commercial legal team, providing strategic and operational legal support for a wide range of commercial agreements. This role demands a legal professional with a Juris Doctorate degree, active state bar membership, and at least 15 years of relevant legal experience, particularly in the technology sector. The VP will be responsible for overseeing all commercial transactions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and leading high-stakes negotiations. A key aspect of the role is to seamlessly partner with various business functions to identify and address legal risks and opportunities, and to drive the continuous improvement of legal operations.
