Principal Revenue Operations

As a senior operational leader in the Sales Operations team, the full-time remote Principal Revenue Operations will manage pipeline health, oversee the outsourced SDR program, and coordinate the GTM calendar to ensure effective execution of the go-to-market strategy across marketing, sales, and delivery. Key responsibilities Own the MQL to opportunity handoff process, ensuring leads are promptly followed up and no lead goes unactioned Coordinate GTM enablement across marketing, offering management, and delivery to provide the field with necessary tools and content Manage the outsourced SDR program, setting performance expectations and ensuring alignment with pipeline targets and GTM priorities Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a senior GTM operational role in a B2B environment Demonstrated experience owning pipeline health and marketing-to-sales alignment at a senior level Experience managing an outsourced or in-house SDR/BDR program Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with marketing automation platforms Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
