Overview Business Operations Analyst (Operations Executive) – Kraków, Poland This role supports aviation operations across Canada and France, ensuring smooth service delivery across more than 25 airports. It acts as a link between operations, finance and commercial stakeholders to drive efficient, data-informed processes. Annual base salary range: 144,000 PLN – 216,000 PLN. Key Responsibilities Own and coordinate end-to-end operational processes, including purchase orders (RtP), invoicing workflows and payment tracking. Partner with internal and external stakeholders – Operations, Finance, Procurement, vendors and airport partners – to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor and analyze operational and financial data, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Drive process improvements, simplification and digitalization initiatives across the region. Act as a trusted advisor to frontline teams and business partners on operational and system-related matters. Ensure compliance and audit readiness through consistent adherence to policies, controls and procedures. Qualifications Fluent in English with a strong working knowledge of French. Substantial experience in sales operations, customer operations or stakeholder management. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions and geographies. Strong analytical mindset with hands‑on experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). Experience in process‑driven environments such as finance, operations or supply chain. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Self‑starter able to work independently in a fast‑paced, complex environment. Continuous improvement mindset; familiarity with Lean or process-optimization methodologies is an advantage. Experience with RtP, invoicing processes or SAP (GSAP) is a plus. Exposure to aviation, logistics or energy sectors is advantageous. Basic understanding of compliance topics (e.g., VAT, customs, contracts) is a plus.
