Description

Responsible for initial and on-going training of sales associate staff. Serves as front-line support and assists leadership in hiring, coaching, and mentoring of new and existing staff. Support the buyer and supervisor/manager in the efficient and fiscally sound operation of the department, with a major emphasis on customer and employee satisfaction. Support gift shop operations in the areas of cash receipts, purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and promoting sale of merchandise while providing excellent customer service to all guests. Promotes teamwork and policy compliance. Estimated pay range for this position is $17.27 - $21.93 / hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

Degrees: High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper. Additional Qualifications: Retail and/or customer service experience required. Retail and cash handling experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and math required. Proficient analytical skills required. Effectively work with all levels of management. Minimum Required Experience: 3 Years
