Project Architect Job Summary:


Our client is local to Kansas City, MO and is a full-service architectural design firm providing innovative design solutions for a variety of projects in the Public Safety, Senior Living, Municipal/Government, Education, Recreation, Industrial, Office/Workplace, Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Multi-Family, and Hospitality sectors. Their growing firm offers an engaging and collaborative environment with the opportunity to work on impactful, gratifying, and projects of all sizes and types across the region. Project Architect Requirements:

• 5-12+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Revit is required.
• Experience in relative project types prefered but not required.
• A licensed professional (or soon to be licensed) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Strong design, technical, code, and detailing skills.
• Experience leading a project team and client presentations.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.

Project Architect Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents and Construction Administration.
• Coordinate with consultants/engineers and engaging with owners.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Scheduling, Estimates, Budget, Planning to complete projects- drawings, models, images, material, etc.
• Use software to design, sketch and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Professional client development skills.
• Leadership skills, ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally.
