The Clinical Systems Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and analyzing clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contributing to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.Location: United States (Remote)What you will be doing:Tests the components of at least one clinical system from a recognized vendorProvides appropriate notifications and feedback on the URS, UAT requirements, UAT deliverables, and results of testingActively participates in internal meetingsParticipate in the creation and maintenance of UAT documentationInterprets URS and clinical study protocolsMay provide oversight during the execution of UAT by supporting UAT coordination, execution, and error resolution liaising with internal and external stakeholdersMay collaborate with sponsor, external vendors, and internal functions to provide feedback in the development of UAT planYour profile:4-5 years of experience with system testingPharmaceutical or CRO industry experience is preferredStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex medical data, including reviewing protocols to determine system functionality required to support the clinical trialsExcellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teamsDetail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in clinical systems managementBachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or related fieldEmployment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.ICON offers a competitive and comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your health, wellbeing, and career development.Benefits may include:Competitive base salary and performance related incentivesHealth and wellbeing programmes including medical, dental, and vision coverage where applicableRetirement and pension plansLife assurance and disability coverageEmployee assistance programmes and wellbeing resourcesLearning and development opportunities through structured training and career pathwaysBenefits may vary depending on role and location.ICON is an equal opportunity employer.
