HR Manager

The HR Manager will oversee and support key areas of the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations and general HR administration. This role is ideal for a hands‑on HR professional who has experience working in a blue‑collar or hourly workforce environment and is comfortable partnering with employees and leaders at all levels. The HR Manager will help drive effective recruiting practices, support employee engagement and retention and address workplace concerns through thoughtful communication and conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities Lead and support full-cycle recruiting for hourly, field and operational positions. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to meet ongoing hiring needs. Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, offers and pre-employment processes. Manage and improve the new hire onboarding process. Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures and workplace concerns. Address employee relations matters and assist with conflict resolution. Partner with managers on employee performance, attendance and workplace issues. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Support general HR administration and day-to-day HR operations. Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives. Ensure HR practices and policies are consistently applied. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; degree does not need to be specifically in human resources. Experience in talent acquisition and or recruiting Experience supporting a blue-collar, hourly, manufacturing, construction, trades or field-based workforce. Experience with onboarding and general HR administration. Demonstrated experience handling employee relations and conflict resolution. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build relationships with employees and leaders at all levels. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently in a hands‑on HR environment. HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or PHR is a plus, but not required.
