What you’ll tackle Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment across residential and light commercial settings Perform preventative maintenance to maximize system performance Document work thoroughly; familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus Deliver excellent communication and educate customers on service options What you bring Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation best practices Boiler know-how preferred, not required Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication Valid driver’s license Work environment & physical requirements Safety-first mindset with understanding of OSHA-safe practices Frequent: sitting, standing, walking, stooping, using hands for controls, hearing, and speaking Comfort working on ladders, in heat/cold, and within confined crawl spaces Ability to routinely lift and move 50+ lbs Outdoor work through all seasons; conditions vary by project Pay and perks Compensation is uncapped—technicians can earn about $100,000–$150,000 annually. Additional incentive pay may be offered as part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position offered, a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits may be included.
