Location: Keasbey, NJ Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 8 AM 4:30 PM

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements: Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling. Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation. Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments. Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Job Duties: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Track employee attendance and production metrics. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records. Process paperwork and manage filing systems. Support warehouse operations with administrative tasks. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. Assist with special projects and reporting requests as needed.

Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.
