What You'll Do Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients ages 18+ Conduct routine physical exams and health assessments Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions Develop individualized treatment, education, and care plans Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Coordinate referrals to specialists as needed Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment Compensation & Benefits Market-leading compensation

Physician Assistant, NCCPA Certification Licensure:

Eligible for or active Connecticut PA license Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a primary care or outpatient setting preferred
