And a focus on the Now, bringing urgency and discipline to every moment, knowing it can make a lasting impact.The Ideal Candidate Will:Have administrative experienceBe proficient in MS Office Hotel and Events experience preferredHere's what you'll do during a typical day:Provide exceptional client service: Respond to inquiries, manage calls and emails, and provide timely, professional support throughout the event planning processSupport the sales process: Assist with client meetings and site inspections, and help deliver a seamless planning experience from proposal through executionCoordinate event logistics: Input and update event details in booking systems, coordinate site visits, and arrange VIP servicesPrepare and distribute documents: Create and share Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), group resumes, menus, diagrams, and post-event reports to ensure alignment across teamsStay organized and detail-focused: Prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service and operational efficiencyFull timePosting Date: 2026-09-18
