As a Agile Program Manager, you’ll work closely with our DoD clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of capability to meet mission objectives and ensuring our clients' mission is our mission. You’ll help the DoD manage agile software pathway programs and manage technical projects, including performance, cost, schedule, and risk. You’ll orchestrate the development, coordination, and closure of acquisition and contract documentation in accordance with established timelines and quality standards. From building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining consensus, you’ll lead meaningful acquisition support. You Have: 5+ years of experience with DoD acquisition planning, contract management, and business operations 5+ years of experience with DoD Major Defense Acquisition Programs for Space systems, including ground systems software and hardware 4+ years of experience in program management, making decisions or recommendations for cost, schedule, and performance tradeoffs Experience preparing Request for Proposals and leading proposal evaluations Experience identifying, analyzing, and proposing program risks, issues, and opportunities and managing handling plans Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional team meetings and professional environments Nice If You Have: Experience with Adaptive Acquisition Framework, including Software Acquisition Pathways Experience with Other Transaction Authority agreements Experience working with DoD space, SATCOM, or satellite ground systems Experience with Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
