With rapid expansion plans in 2026 through both corporate and franchise locations in AZ, we’re searching for talented leaders to grow with us.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, develop a top-performing team, and drive business results. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of daily store operations
Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
Deliver outstanding guest service and uphold Sip Fresh’s quality standards
Manage inventory, labor, and food cost within budget
Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational policies
Foster a positive team culture and strong customer relationships
Drive sales performance and store profitability
Collaborate with leadership and contribute to company growth initiatives
Participate in annual leadership meetings and company events

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of management experience in food & beverage or retail service
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for developing people and building a great team culture
Ability to manage P&L, control costs, and drive performance metrics
Energetic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
A hands-on approach and willingness to lead by example
