Labeling and Packaging Associate

Key Responsibilities: Carefully package products in accordance with company standards to ensure quality and consistency. Apply accurate labels, ensuring all required information is correctly displayed. Inspect products for quality assurance, identifying any defects or issues. Operate packaging machinery efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace following established procedures. Record basic production data to monitor performance and output. Assist with inventory management and shipping tasks to meet daily deadlines. Collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced, climate-controlled environment. Qualifications & Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. No prior experience necessary—training will be provided. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately. Capable of standing for extended periods and walking throughout the warehouse. Able to lift up to 40 lbs as needed. Strong attention to detail and adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
