Contract Details 24 Hours on a 3‑week rolling rota based around the operating hours of Salt Ayre Leisure Centre: Monday–Friday 05:30‑22:00; Saturday–Sunday 07:30‑18:30. Job Overview You will be the face of the Leisure Centre, offering exceptional customer service as the first point of contact. You will handle customer enquiries face‑to‑face, via email, on social media and over the phone. Working Hours 24 hours per week on a shift rota basis, aligned with the centre’s opening times. Responsibilities Handle all customer enquiries, ensuring a high standard of service. Represent the Centre to members and visitors. Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries. Maintain accurate records of communication. Environmental Responsibilities Expected to contribute to reductions in carbon emissions and mitigate the impacts of climate change.
