Dedicated CDL-A Route Driver (Weekly Home Time)

Job Details: High Earning Potential: Competitive base Band Rates backed by lucrative Unload Pay for every trailer completed. Consistent Home Time: Home every week for a full 34-hour weekend reset. Take-Home Truck: Enjoy the luxury of parking your assigned, brand-new automatic sleeper truck at a safe and secure location near your home. Predictable Regional Lanes: Steady, year-round retail freight keeping you entirely within the state of Florida. Full Benefits Package: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and retirement options. Key Responsibilities: The Launch Point: All routes originate at the dedicated distribution center in Ocala, FL. The Lanes: Deliveries span across high-volume Florida markets, including Miami, Fort Myers, the Florida Keys, Tampa, and Orlando. Active Unloading: Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at customer retail locations using a company-provided roller conveyor system. Requirements: License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Experience: 3 months solo Verifiable Class A CDL tractor-trailer driving experience. Physical Stamina: Must be physically willing and capable of performing repetitive touch-freight duties and unloading full trailers via a roller system. MUST live within 50 miles of Pompano Beach, FL Must pass a standard DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.
