Job Description & Requirements Specialty: NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse position available in a healthcare setting. This role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients, utilizing nursing skills and critical thinking to deliver safe and effective treatment. The position is scheduled for night shifts and begins on 09/28/2026, with an expected end date of 12/28/2026. Job Details Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), and STABLE certification, along with a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in neonatal intensive care and prior travel experience. Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Two or more years of neonatal ICU experience, prior travel experience, valid certifications in BLS, NRP, and STABLE, and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. Additional Information: All travel submissions must include at least 2 years of experience and prior travel experience; local candidates are not accepted. The role involves shift accountability for providing care to neonatal patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. The NICU nurse will demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership, maintaining clinical competencies through continuing education, delegating patient care duties appropriately, and providing direction and supervision to assigned personnel. This is a PWP (Pay When Paid) facility, meaning payment is contingent upon facility payment.
