RN – Cardiac Telemetry Services DAYS or NIGHTS $12K sign on + Relo

Shifts: Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)

About the Unit

• 36 Bed Cardiac Specialty Unit
• Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 4–5:1 (Days) / 5–6:1 (Nights) – 1 Tech per Hall
• Diverse patient mix: Chest Pain, Stroke, COPD, Post-Ops, GI, Accelerated Heart Rhythm, and Drips
• Step-down from PCU and Level II Trauma Center

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic and administrative nursing care for patients age 16 and above
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, ECGs, and intervene in emergency situations
• Deliver patient-centered care with critical thinking, compassion, and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and mitigate risks

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Acute Care RN experience required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN)
• Active RN license (Missouri or Compact State)
• BLS required upon hire
• ACLS required within 1 year of hire

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $32.00 – $43.00/hr
• $3.00 Nights / $2.00 Weekends
• $12,000 Sign-On Bonus (with 2-year commitment)
