Facility: Surgical Tower Location: Sioux Falls, SD Address: 1500 W 22nd St, Sioux Falls, SD 57105, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: 2866 - 3586 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN collaborates with inter‑professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care, demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise and utilizing appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. The RN provides care to patients in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow‑up as patients move along the continuum of care. Responsibilities include planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions, functioning within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited nursing program (including, but not limited to, AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred. Minimum of one year of RN experience. Minimum of six months of travel experience. Live at least 60 miles from the location applied for. Current, unencumbered RN license with state board in the practice state and/or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state. Obtain and maintain required department‑specific competencies and certifications.
