We are currently seeking an experienced Plaintiff Attorneys who is passionate seeking justice on behalf of plaintiffs-particularly those with experience in asbestos matters. This role handles dynamic and high-stakes cases, often involving clients facing serious illnesses or losses. As such, we seek attorneys who are both zealous advocates and compassionate listeners. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires regular travel. Role Overview: In this role, you'll receive hands-on experience across all phases of asbestos litigation. You'll manage your own caseload and will be involved in every step of the legal process-including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. There will be opportunities to second-chair trials. While prior experience with these responsibilities is helpful, it's not a prerequisite. Our cases are deeply personal, often involving clients navigating life-changing circumstances. The ability to show empathy and connect with people from all walks of life is essential.
