Job Title: Material Handler Job Description

The role involves operating a stand-up forklift on an hourly basis within a three-story warehouse dedicated to moving heavy train products. Most of your day will be spent on the forklift, where you will be responsible for picking orders, conducting safety checks, and using an RF Scan gun to track each product. The warehouse environment is climate-controlled, ensuring a comfortable working space.

• Operate a stand-up forklift throughout the day.
• Move heavy train products within a three-story warehouse.
• Pick and process orders accurately.
• Conduct safety checks on equipment and machinery.
• Utilize an RF Scan gun to maintain accurate product tracking.

• 2 years of stand-up reach forklift experience.
• RF scanner proficiency.
• Experience in material handling and order picking.
• Proficient in using a pallet jack and overhead crane.

• 2+ years of consistent work history.

Work primarily on the first shift from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in a climate-controlled warehouse. This role involves working independently for most of the day, with occasional teamwork required for packaging and preparing orders for shipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oak Creek, WI.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
