About the job
We've partnered with an established commercial window, door, and storefront contractor to identify an experienced Commercial Glass - Fenestration Sales Representative.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new business, growing existing customer relationships, and managing the sales process from estimating through project handoff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with commercial contractors, property owners, property management companies, developers, and architects
- Generate new business while growing existing accounts
- Prepare take-offs, estimates, and sales proposals
- Read construction drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure successful project execution
- Represent the company at industry events and stay current on products and market trends
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of commercial construction or building products sales experience
- Experience selling commercial windows, doors, storefront systems, or related architectural products preferred
- Estimating or technical sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
