Supporting the FieldHouse Director, the Fieldhouse Operations Attendantwill get hands-on experience with hosting events, including but not limited to, various youth and adult indoor sports, public open court play, youth camps, and community events. Provide excellent customer service to patrons. Must have experience working with the public of all ages, and a self starter able to show initiative where needed.This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.00 to $13.00.Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.EVERGREEN ROLE: Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis; there is no application deadline.GreenState Family Fieldhouse is a 5-court 53,000 square foot facility attached to Xtream Arena in Coralville’s Iowa River Landing. The fieldhouse hosts a variety of youth and adult sports, tournaments, community recreation programming, leagues, meetings, and other events.Keep the facility clean, organized, and presentable at all times.Check in patrons at front desk, and operate a point of sale system.Setup and break down areas for daily events.Enforce facility rules and ensure guest compliance in a friendly but professional manner. Collect and organize booking files and event recaps.
