Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | No on-call requirement | Expected 72 hours bi-weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit with a 1:5 patient ratio
• Support post-surgical patient recovery and optimization in alignment with established order sets and protocols
• Monitor telemetry and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a structured, protocol-driven environment
• Maintain current RN licensure and all required certifications (BLS, ACLS) throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in the state of Indiana
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Cerner EMR
• Background in post-surgical patient care or orthopedic nursing
