Job Description
Title: Physical Therapist - Rehabilitation

Schedule:
- Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend
- 5 days per week

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- License: Physical Therapy license
- Certifications: AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the specialty unit within the last 3 months; ICU experience preferred but not required
- Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if the license was obtained on or after January 2016 or equivalent foreign degree.

Compliance / Notes:
- Must provide RTO, birthdate, and social security number.
- No on-call required.
- Admin fee has already been deducted from the rate.
