Your Role Impact

1. Execute at a High Level: Conduct expert-level buyer and seller consultations, accurately pricing homes and structuring winning offers.

Qualifications for Success

1. Active CA Real Estate License (Mandatory)
2. Proven Track Record: Demonstrable past sales experience in real estate. You know the lifecycle of a deal and how to navigate complex escrows.

The Details Target Earnings: $100,000 - $300,000+ per year (Commission + Bonus Pay structure designed for producing agents) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible / Self-determined schedule (Monday–Friday with weekend availability) Location: Serving Southern California (Hawthorne, Torrance, Long Beach, Los Angeles, Redondo Beach, and surrounding areas)
