Extensive professional development and education programs, including the opportunity to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner Commuter Benefits include pre-tax savings on public transportation passes and parking What Our Dining Room Supervisors Do Provide leadership and supervision for front-of-house staff in the dining room Oversee scheduling of waitstaff, setup of meals and special events, and cleanliness of Dining Room Serve as a server when the need arises For those looking for more opportunities, cook and prep cook hours and training can be provided Requirements Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers Leadership : One year of experience with supervising or training staff Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
