Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service while answering questions and sharing event information Process payments for bag check services and concert retail while maintaining accurate sales records Inspect, secure, and return checked bags using claim tickets and designated storage procedures Enforce arena security policies related to bag restrictions and coordinate with security to address concerns or prohibited items Stock merchandise, maintain back stock for designated shows, and support retail operations as needed Maintain a clean, organized bag check office and ensure an efficient guest experience throughout events Log, track, and distribute lost and found items while supporting overall event operations and guest assistance More About You Must be at least 18 years old Strong customer service and communication skills Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude Previous experience in hospitality, security, or event services is a plus No degree required Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Who We Are Delaware North purchased the historic Boston Garden in 1975 and later constructed its successor, TD Garden, and neighboring The Hub on Causeway, both of which we continue to own and operate.
