About the Position

Job Title: Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year of Skilled Home Health Experience License: Active RN license Certifications: BCLS Must-Have: Oasis experience required Reliable transportation Description: Home Health RN needed for service in various communities. Start date is as soon as possible. This position requires an 8-hour day shift, five days a week. Ratios will be 1:1, with the possibility of visiting up to six patients per day. A productivity standard of 30 points is expected. The role does not accept first-time travelers. There may be a need to work some weekends. The facility does not require call duties. Travelers should expect to handle their own transportation. The system effectively groups clients to minimize drive time. Occasionally, a maximum radius of over 50 miles may be necessary. COVID vaccination, including one booster, is required. Epic experience is preferred. The unit serves adults and geriatrics, with an emphasis on skilled home health services. The daily census is 415 patients. Travelers should be prepared to float between facilities within the state if required. Refusal to float may result in termination of the assignment. Travelers' cell phone needs for the assignment will be supplied at no cost.
