We are a large, fast-paced podiatry practice with multiple physicians and four convenient office locations , committed to delivering exceptional care and service. As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Assistant to join our dynamic clinical team.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant ( required )
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (ECW) or similar EMR systems ( preferred )
• Proven ability to manage 20+ patients/day in a busy clinical environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and professional demeanor
• Orthopedic or podiatry experience a strong plus
• Knowledge of foot and ankle care is highly preferred
• Proficient in clinical charting and documentation 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physicians during patient exams and procedures
• Accurately chart and update Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Provide compassionate, professional care to all patients
• Ensure smooth patient flow and clinic operations
• Communicate effectively with physicians and clinical staff
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA standards
• Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-volume setting
