Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Cardiac Cath Lab for a travel nursing job in Houston, Texas.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/12/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 40 hours per week\n Shift: 10 hours, days\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Days, 4x10hrs\n Hours: 40 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 12, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 2\n Description\n American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring 1 year of specialty experience and a TX or compact RN license.Details\n \n Work in a 3-room Cath Lab suite with state-of-the-art equipment\n Perform a variety of Cardiovascular, IR, and Vascular procedures including EP cases\n Procedures performed Monday through Friday between 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM\n 13-week assignment with a 0700-1730 shift schedule\n No floating required\n On-call approximately 1-2 days per week and 1 weekend per month\n Requirements\n \n Active TX or compact RN license required\n BLS and ACLS certifications required\n 1 year of recent Cath Lab experience required\n Critical Care and Trauma certifications preferred\n Strong clinical skills across a variety of procedures and patient types\n No gaps in work history equaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months\n US SSN and DOB required for consideration\n Additional Information\n \n Provide nursing care for Cardiac, IR, Vascular, and EP cases\n Must work well within a team, communicate effectively, and stay calm under pressure\n Scrubs provided by facility\n Full COVID-19 vaccination required with no declinations accepted\n Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-757690.
