Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead janitorial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
• Conduct quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and equipment to support daily operations.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Maintain clear reporting and communication with management regarding operational status and issues.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Assess service quality regularly and optimize processes for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in janitorial services or facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Experience working with janitorial teams in commercial or large facility settings is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to evaluate service quality and implement corrective measures.
• Must be able to work in the evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
• Relevant certifications and floor care knowledge are a plus.
