What You Will Be Doing As a full-time Sales Consultant, you will create the ultimate in‑store experience by using your customer service skills and passion for technology. Employees earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. A guaranteed ramp‑up rate is provided during the first 60 days of employment. Paid time off accrues each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Sick time is accrued and may roll over in compliance with state and local law. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods. At least 18 years of age. Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Legally authorized to work in the United States. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 10 pounds. Ability to stand for long periods. Training Requirements All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of their official start date. The class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer‑based training will be required throughout employment.
